Ontario based Legend Fleet have one simple objective — to improve life on the road for van drivers and their vehicles across North America and the UK — after all, it’s what these everyday heroes deserve.
Legends of the road
The first thing we did when Legend asked us to rebrand them, was to talk to van drivers, to find out what life was like for them, and what they needed — post pandemic it turned out that they weren’t happy, their lives were uncomfortable and unrelenting and they felt… undervalued.
Cue the perfect strategy for a Canadian business with the ability to make life more comfortable for these… Legends of the road.
Legend really understand what van-life is like, and their products make life more comfortable, quieter, easier and ensure there’s more wear and less tear on drivers and their vans. So it was our job to tell them.
We developed a brand strategy for Legend based on championing these ‘everyday heroes’ making the legends of the road feel seen and heard. Pushing fleets across North America to take note and improve the working environments for their drivers and protecting their vehicles, whilst also lightening the load for better fuel economy and more economical EV fleets.
Legend are all about improving the ride for everyone concerned.
Working with upfitters across North America, Legend have to be everywhere at once, so after a deep intensive discovery session we designed and developed (alongside our partner development agency) an industry leading dealer portal — enabling Legends efficient team in Ontario to service a vast market and drive strong, scalable commercial relationships with leading fleets and upfitters.
The brand strategy we developed for Legend has not only resonated with van drivers and their fleets, but the new values and purpose have motivated their staff, from warehouse to boardroom to put their foot to the floor and deliver extraordinary growth for the company.
